Payments can be made through KNET, credit/debit cards, or cash on delivery (COD) within Kuwait.

We reserve the right to modify product prices or reject any transaction at our discretion.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy (updated October 6, 2025).

We strive for accuracy in all product information but do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free.

We may correct errors or update details at any time without prior notice.

We aim to maintain 99% uptime monthly.

However, temporary downtime may occur for scheduled maintenance, external network failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

We regularly back up website data and take reasonable steps to protect user information in compliance with Kuwait Data Protection Resolution No. 42 of 2021.

We are not responsible for data loss due to factors beyond our control.

You may see advertisements while using our Services.
