Return & Refund Policy

Effective in the State of Kuwait

 

1. Return Period

 

You may request a return or refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following the date of delivery of your order.

After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Refund Eligibility

 

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is not as described or defective.
  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.
  • The product must include all original accessories and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

 

All returned products will be inspected to ensure compliance with these requirements.

If the item does not meet these conditions, Diwas Online reserves the right to decline the refund.


3. Proof of Purchase

 

To complete your return, you must provide a valid invoice, receipt, or order confirmation.

Without proof of purchase, we can only issue store credit instead of a monetary refund.


4. Refund Method

 

Approved refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed between both parties.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item passes inspection.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under Kuwaiti law:

  • Digital or prepaid cards (e.g., beIN Products, iTunes, Google Play, etc.)
  • Consumable items such as batteries.
  • Chargers, cables, microphones, and similar items once opened or used.
  • Opened software, CDs, DVDs, or video games.
  • Items missing accessories or showing signs of damage or misuse.
  • Custom-ordered or personalized products.


6. Return Procedure

 

Before returning an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

You can visit any of our retail outlets or contact us via phone/WhatsApp to arrange a return.

Our team will guide you through the process.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case, Diwas Online will cover the return shipping.

Please ensure the returned goods are properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

If a product is found to be used or damaged beyond reasonable inspection, the refund may be rejected.


8. Sale & Clearance Items

 

Only regular-priced products are eligible for return or refund.

Sale or clearance items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
